Update 2024:

The company seemed to do it’s usual and is why I dropped my review rating from 4 to 2 stars. They revamped their platform which is good and actually added a monthly cost, BUT They didn’t honor the prior unlimited agreement of the other lifetime plans and also removed the option for GMB and twitter/X because they had a re-write the API… Many software companies update APIs and still honor the original packages offered. They constantly want the lifetime deals to pay more everytime theres an update. This has been the case with their biolinks when the company they were using wasn’t working out they pivoted and instead of eating the cost wanted customers who have been supporting them to pay more. I’ve moved to onlysocial for more stability, will be adding that review soon.

So to start off this is a pretty basic social media management software, not too many custom bells and whistles, but for the price and what you get, it just works and works well. The drop in a start is mainly because there hasn’t been much improvements made over the years we’ve had it, they’ve mainly focused on the bio link builder. They did finally update the instagram section to be able to post carousels which was great to see.

Overall for small businesses, or freelancers wanting to get started in social media management you can’t go wrong with this software as a long time use or stepping stone. The $197 Lifetime deal has never gone away, but still $200 for unlimited accounts and a lot of platforms to post to, you can’t beat that price for long term.

We’ve used this to publish posts for a few clients, we could schedule and create the posts in the dashboard, the calendar view isn’t bad to see all accounts or specific ones. You can easily schedule a single post to be sent to multiple platforms at once. And integrating with RSS feeds you can pull blogs to post to social channels as well. We still use the bio link page on our instagram from their fist version, haven’t upgraded to the newest one yet.

It’s a good platform to fall back to, has always been consistent and for the price its worth it. If they move to a monthly charge I would expect improvements and a design update.
