As some may get to understand in this business, you quickly have a lot of emails, tasks, and stuff going on each day and week, it’s hard to keep track or just see in a single place what is going on. Our main issue has always been emails, We have about 7 or 8 between our personal and work emails (we added more for white label work and when we max out analytics). I want to keep on top of all of our inboxes in one place and not have to jump between screens or tabs. Also having multiple calendars synced is great when working with multiple agencies where I need to hop on client facing calls to keep everything in one place.

I have tried a few different products which are going to be included on here, though I got this when it was first released into Beta so it has some quirks, but overall has been solid. Everything is customizable color wise and layout, I can make the calendar smaller or remove all together, I can add multple views into a group and it will show as tabs like the email section. Since everyone is different, as my wife says my layout is too busy, it allows you to adjust to your personal preference. With that though it can take awhile to fully set up how you like it as the Display settings are vast, not terribly complicated just a lot as you can style each view individually.

Having this on a dedicated screen is helpful for me to see my upcoming tasks, appointments, calls, etc. If we’re scheduling another call I can check the calendar for any open times during business or personal time. I can also keep on top of all of our emails, I currently have 15 attached, I can view a unified view, or it inputs any folders setup on those accounts which with that many can become a long list to scroll through, it does organize them as much as it can.

This has been one of the best single platform options i’ve tested for managing multiple emails, and being able to view calendar and tasks easily on a single screen. One other thing where this stands out is you have a reminder window with all upcoming and past reminders, but also you can add new calendar events, tasks, etc. directly from this dashboard to any of the linked calendars. It also has a quick add option where you can type out “meeting with John tomorrow at 5p” and it will send to a server to parse the data and apply to your calendar for you (though this has been hit and miss if it adds it or not).

Overall very functional and reliable for daily use, and heavy use. The quirks haven’t prevented me from using, still has room to improve stability but I have been very happy with it thus far.
