Steve AI has been a great purchase for helping us offer some quick promo videos for our Google ad clients, as a surprising amount of small businesses don’t have one.

This has improved over the past year with the editor, but the ease of creating a video is what sells it. All I need is a short script promoting the company, paste that into the field, it will then split the text up into frames based on the number of words. And that’s it, choose a template, and if you want a voiceover, then hit go. It will then find free stock images and videos that align with that frames text.

Once everything is generated you can go back through and swap out videos with your own or they offer premium stock videos and images. This allows for some good quality promo videos in a short amount of time. You can also customize colors to match the brand.

Being able to create a custom promo video from $0 – $30 is great. We have examples on our website service pages for examples. With more push for video content this helps bridge the gap. There are also options for converting blogs and creating animated videos in horizontal, vertical, and square formats.

There could be improvements to the voices, even offering premium voices, and a bit more customization options in the editor, but they are actively making updates so I’m sure it’ll come eventually.
