Opteo

Opteo was our first management software we tried, this was is a good starting point to break out into assisted Google ads management as it can help compile data for you easier and help you keep on top of multiple accounts.

The issue I have with these types of software is they go fully 100% focused on AI recommendations, they have some data and charts you can view but not much depth. If you have an issue with an account and are looking to your software for assistance in figuring it out that is where a majority of these platforms fail as they won’t be able to provide any analysis or data review to help you figure out what might have happened.

This does cover the basics, manual bidding adjustments, automated bidding adjustments, ad optimization, etc. It’s all populated for you by their AI so all you need to do is go through their recommendations and hit yes or no to apply. There aren’t options to create a workflow in this platform, or even have a nice flow in general for larger numbers of accounts as you won’t be able to get through all of them in a day. So say if you wanted to run keyword checks for everyone or bidding adjustments next week its all or nothing and only what the AI presents as available recommendations but this was the issue I had as it kept showing the optimizations nearly daily and not spacing them apart or allowing to only show once a week or so. Too many changes and adjustments daily or every other day can have a negative effect.

It has similar charts you can see in the Google ads dashboard. They are starting to add more features like a simple scorecard to get a rough sense your account is on the right track, so has some promise of improving the features for the amount you’re paying.

Overall it is seeing improvements which is good and if the pricing was cheaper I would rate it higher as the current pricing is high for what you get, for this the price and what you get wasn’t enough for us to continue. If your just getting started, you can try this out to get your feet wet with a management software, but if you’re serious about Managing Google ads, I would still heavily recommend Optmyzr (check out our review on this site) as the pricing isn’t much more and at higher spends ($500k) its the same.
