Calendly is a widely known and used scheduling platform that is easy to use and works very well, even the free version is great. We’ve been using this for years as it’s a must have for client facing freelancers or employees to easily share their availability with clients. Also adding multiple options is helpful for those who prefer zoom or Google meet, teams, a regular phone call, or in person.

The biggest benefit I personally had with using this software was when I was still working a full time job and doing digital marketing as a side hustle. With calendly I could set up multiple availability schedules as my start time, breaks and lunch times would shift every few weeks. This allowed me to keep my availability accurate so I could still take calls during breaks and lunch and my drive to and from work.

Another benefit is we work with a few agencies and 1 I have a free calendly account to cover support for their clients. I can set that email as the primary so all calendar invites come from there but I can also add my main business calendar to check for conflicts, as if trying to schedule multiple calls from different sources wasn’t tricky enough, this makes it easy. Any calls from that agency get blocked in my main calendar and any calls from my business block out on that calendar.

The free version works great and the paid version is just as great, the multiple reminders and follow up email after meetings is fantastic and clients no longer miss a meeting time due to forgetting.

They’ve always been on top of keeping their integrations up to date and were well ahead of the GA4 switch. I’ve been super happy with everything and had no issues since using them.
